BEACH 🛶 Hold Harmless Agreement & Liability Waiver For Use of Boat Dock, Paddleboard, and Floats Short-Term Rental Property This Hold Harmless Agreement and Liability Waiver (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned guest (“Guest”) in connection with the use of the boat dock, paddleboard, and water floats (“Amenities”) provided by the property owner/host (“Host”) at the short-term rental property (“Property”). 1. Assumption of Risk Guest acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Amenities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: • Slippery surfaces, sharp objects, and unstable footing on or near the dock • Drowning, injury, or death resulting from swimming or falling into the water • Exposure to wildlife, waterborne illnesses, or other natural hazards • Risks associated with paddleboarding, including falling, collisions, or fatigue Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the Amenities and any activities conducted in or around the water. 2. Safety Requirements Guest agrees to the following safety conditions: • Guest is solely responsible for providing and wearing appropriate life jackets and personal flotation devices (PFDs) for all individuals using the Amenities. • Guest shall ensure that all participants, especially children and non-swimmers, are supervised at all times. • Guest shall not use the Amenities while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances. • Guest shall not use the Amenities during inclement weather, high winds, or unsafe water conditions. 3. Release of Liability Guest hereby releases, waives, and discharges Host, Host’s agents, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by Guest or any member of Guest’s party while using the Amenities or being on or near the dock or water. 4. Indemnification Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Host from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from Guest’s use of the Amenities or breach of this Agreement. 5. Acknowledgment Guest acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement, and that they are signing it voluntarily. Guest affirms that they are of legal age and have the authority to bind all members of their party to this Agreement.

A Cargo Lift waiver, House Rules Agreement, and Hot Tub Rules agreement will be required to be e-signed after booking and before arrival to property. It is an easy process and you will receive a link after booking.
